Yes. Essiac syrup Is also good, along with real THC oil. I make my own THC oil with an infusor. I don't have cancer but I helped my neighbor with acquiring these products. All her cancer tumors have shrunk.

Where do you source essiac syrup?

So how do I do it? Harvest, clean, dry or roast, then steep in hot water? What amount of dried root is efficacious? How to store? A short practical lesson would be good with these articles - otherwise more information to store.

Agreed! I would like to know this myself!

So as soon as this study is complete, big pharma will swoop in and bury the results and make it illegal to go near dandelions. Ist that the way it goes?

Is he using root, leaf or flower for his tea?

My husband made delicious dandelion wine!

I did, years ago--it was like a sweet sherry. Elecampane (root) wine was delicious as well, and really efficacious for a very bad cough.

The Fall is actually the best time to dig roots. This time of year, the plant spends its energy delivering nutrients to the roots. This means we get the extra oomph of nutrients in Fall.

My Italian Nonna harvested dandelions. She knew that preparing and eating the leaves and root is a very good thing. ☺️ That was 1968.

Can I just chew on the root?

I know you can use the leaves on a salad. The entire plant is edible so

I done see why not. I think certain parts are more bitter.
